Your Right to Return (EU Consumer Rights)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return an item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email at support@eleganssistore.com.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received them
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items damaged due to misuse
Items without original packaging
Personalized or custom-made items

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@eleganssistore.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
